David Welling
For almost 20 years I have been busy developing and improving my role as Advisor to Owner Managers in the SME sector. I came to this important work from a conventional management career in larger businesses – progressing through sales, marketing, strategy and planning and on to general management – spending 12 years in Managing Director roles.
